However, how often does the situation come up where re-homed animals have been resold on RFUK? im a Mod and even I cant remember the last time it happened. I can remember times that animals have been bought on the classifieds and resold, they always get flagged up and people dont like it... but it isnt breaking any rules.
Ask Shell195, she had a similar situation.

There is a dealer on here offering to take rescues and I'm sure they would soon end up for sale.
The same person trying to buy everything that's cheap.

As for my wording I don't mean dealers as in buying and selling.
A deal is a deal no matter who's involved.
Just a lose term by me, please don't take it literally.

Default re-homing

if not a trader system would it not be possible to have say a re-homing hat section where all matters of rescuing and re-homing could be discussed. within the section you could have a thread for who had adopted who (obviously not a thread for discussion) literally just to announce adoptions. That would be a one a point of reference as to who was a good re-homer and who was adopting what.

I would like to discuss re-homing issues as they seem to be a very hot topic at the moment but there is not a section dedicated to it. I volunteer to be its moderator if T-bo was kind enough to create one.

There is a place to discuss the subject in the classified chat forum.

That's ok.

The chat forum on the classified section covers buying, selling, couriers and re-homing.

Hi Ferrett

went and had a look at classified chat and re-homing kind of gets lost in there. Re-homing is not the same as selling so maybe it should be given its own section. A section that deals with the different aspects of rescuing and re-homing, adoptions etc

Does this mean feedback will not be switched on for the re-homing section?
