You need to use Photobucket or some other site that lets you upload pictures from your PC, then copy the code with [img] ..... [/img] tags around them..... paste that code into a post.

but if you want to 'upload' photos; you have to be a premium member.
Anybody can link from another site but to upload attachments you need premium membership
