You sign up to pay for 6 or 12 months at a time. It automatically comes out. It will continue to automatically come out every 6 or 12 month as it is a subscription. If you want to cancel the subscription it just takes a few clicks in your paypal account and you can cancel at any time.

I payed for 6 months yesterday and I still don't have any of the benefits doesn't even show that I'm a RFUK premium member

For photos, hit reply and then scroll past the 'submit reply' box. You've got Miscellaneous Options, and under that there should be a 'manage attachments' button.

You can't use it in 18+ though which could be why you haven't noticed it
