Not sure as i have only been to a few, the one i would reccomend is the reptile house in london zoo.

Alot of zoo's now are getting more cautious about letting the public hold reptiles. At Bristol zoo we were told we couldn't due to possible risk salmolnella.

I dont think you'll find one place specifically designed to let you interact with reptiles. Could always try and befriend a reptile shop owner, ask for handling experiences with different species for money or a days work? Might even let you do it for free.

Not many zoo's or wildlife parks will allow you to handle any animals now due to the risk of the animal biting you & the risk of them being sued.
If any animal in a zoo bites you & its reported then the animal is destroyed.
