Vivs!!!!!!

I ordered a viv stack before christmas, and i got it, after 1 failed atempt of delivery, they only sent 1 person with a 4ft (long) x 2ft (deep) x 6ft (high) viv stack! When i unpacked it, i found there to be only 1 bit of useable glass, lots of dents, and gauge out of the front. I phoned the company and they said they will replace it, and i could keep both vivs, but they couldn't replace it untill after christmas, so waited untill the end of Jan, and rung them up, they where waiting for glass, "it will be coming in tomorrow, and I will ring to let you konw we have dispaced the viv". A week later, i ring again, "Oh the glass did not turn up, it should be here tomorrow". Again a week later, Again the glass, i decided to leave it for a couple of weeks to see if this BUILDER of VIVs would contact me. WRONG!! I rang them up and fair enough a power cut, and the courier could not get to them, or to me, as the moterway was blocked, "We will ring you tomorrow" the lady said, I gave them untill 3pm, Wednesday just gone, no phone call, i tried ringing again, i tried for about 45mins. no luck, i tried again 5 times today, no answer, I have given them enough time, and they don't seem to doing anything, now i am not the sort of person tha likes arguments! But as soon as i get hold of them, all hell will break(sp) loose!

Just a little rant! lol, i feelt so much anger when i was writing that! lol

Personally i have a very good idea who these vivariums are front, name and shame them
