Default hamm

Has anyone ever brought something from hamm and its died on the coach or when youve gto it home and if it does what do you do about it ?
Presumably you can't get your money back :S

Unless you're buying from a very big breeder you are unlikely to get any guarantee, not even 24 hours. At the end of the day, it could well be your transportation conditions that killed the animal, and nothing to do with it's health/quality, so there's no way breeders would guarantee it.

Just make sure they're packed correctly and this time of year it's unlikely to be too hot (which kills a lot easier than too cold, as too cold you can always use a heat pack anyway) so it's unlikely to happen... but yes, it is a risk you take with anything you buy from a show really.

I havent but I know of someone but that was due to packaging.

If Traveling via coach I can not stress to you that you DO NOT use heat packs in the coach hold.

Nope, I've been fine so far

But some of the UK shows last year were in July with no air conditioning and the temperatures were soaring, and I think it did affect some of the babies especially with long (5 hour) trips home.

Well yeah im not going know im going in september and im getting everyhting ready early but this thought just popped into my head XD But youve put my mind at rest
Im hoping to get a normal royal, brb and a crestie, cos i wont have much money but y'know could end up taking more
D'ya reckon i would be able to bring those 3 home on the coach or would it take up more than 2 poly boxes?

Those won't even take up 1/2 a medium sized polybox

I have bought knowing there wc and have one or two die withing a week or two. this could be doen to acclimatisation/my keeping/ bad stock.
i knew the risk but they were somethig ive been after for a while and were not available cb.
although in hamm I believe there not allowed to sell wc animals but they simply lable them as cb
