I have not read the article but that looks like pachyrachis. It is not new news, its been a well know fossil for many years. Infact my mate has a plaster cast of it on his bedroom wall.

The specimen has been identified as Eupodophis descouensi.

This particular species isnt a new find I believe the article is about the actual images and specifics of the two limbs found on that one specimen.

And anyway, so what if it's not new! It's still awesome, fascinating and the majority of people here wont have seen it before
