I got my latest Reptile Care yesterday too. Angi was really helpful sorting out my subscription!

I must admit I love Reptilia - I bought all of the back issues of that monkey tail article too Fangio! Youre right, its so much more involved than any of the books that are available...some of the things in it I thought were weird behaviours exclusive to my beasties until I read it, lol. The articles about vivarium building are great too. I dont have a subs to it, but I do buy back issues with articles relating to species I keep in them. I should probably subscribe...maybe for my birthday

I had nothing but hassle when trying to subscribe, no fault of angi's as she was helpful and gave me the name of the relevant chap, who I contacted and even sent my payment details......did not hear a thing for weeks, then approx 4 weeks later got an e mail off this chap, who was as much use as a chocolate fireguard, and he's supposed to be an 'established' member of staff.....that was the nail in the coffin for me

TERRIBLE customer service by some ......I'd rather deal with people who actually give a s**t!!

Yep have to agree with all thats been said and take it on the chin, its my fault, when we took over the magazine I grossly underestimated how the logistics needed to be sorted along with the database, it has taken till the last month to sort out the various aspects, we have also taken some staff on which there only job is dealing with the mag. So i do take full responsibility and apolgise to all concerned. Please contact me personally using pm if you would like back issues or feel that we have missed you.

Sorry again

Pete

You can get Reptilia from Reptilia - Revista especializada en reptiles, anfibios y artrópodos I glanced at Google for Reptiles, and it came up with this: Reptiles Magazine - ReptileChannel.com

Not on your nelly! Theyre too awesome!

Theres a shop in Iver Heath called The Jungle that had a couple of back issues last time I was there - not sure how far that is from you but I think they were only a couple of quid each. I got the last two parts of the monkey tail article from there
