Default Why is it addictive?

Why is keeping reptiles addictive? I don't know of many people who can just stop at one. I'm already deciding on my next addition to the family and i don't get my snakes and geckos til saturday!

Basically repeating what Bearded Lady said, you start with one and think oooh i'll get you a cage mate and all goes on from there.
Or you walk into a rep. shop with a wod of cash, see a rep you cant resist and... well i think you get the idea lol.

Jag.

We're finding this too

I reluctantly agreed to let Ed have a turtle. Then we got offered a bearded dragon and I said ok.

Now we have turtle no 2 and are buying things ready for a couple of geckos.

When will it end?! Ed is looking at blue tongued skinks far to often for my comfort levels, trouble is, they only have to look at me the right way and I give in!

I think I may have it bad..when Rain was going to sell his first ever Royal, I asked him to give it to me cos it was cute...we now have almost 50 snakes between us and god knows how many lizards, geckos, etc..

All I wanted was a little chameleon.....

Oh yeah, and this forum is addictive too
