I always wonder about those - if they can't afford the setup and lizard, how on earth are they going to afford to feed it or to get it to the vets if it's ill...?

You always see ads like those floating around with some stock sob-story on them...birthdays or sick relatives appear popular. Perhaps Im just overly cynical, but come on - if I cant afford something I dont go around begging people for it. Not the way the world works (although you might be forgiven for thinking otherwise sometimes).

I wouldn't even bother to respond to such a crappy advert. Text talking for a start just speaks adolescent tw@. No money no reptile. Nobody gives away their reptiles the world doesn't work like that
