photoshop, you make one on there, although it is expensive

you can download GIMP for free (generic image minipulation program or summit along those lines) and it is just as good really

you could play around on photoshop or photostudio if you have a program on your computer. doesn't take long to get the hang of it and you can use your own pics etc.
