Pretty much the same as working in any other shop i presume although older if you were to work closely with DWA.
I think you'd need to be 14 to work part time and the hours you can work are limited. you'd have to be 16 to be able to work full time.

its just for working full stop, no difference whether your retailing or painting walls or whatever is irrelevant.
