I am only following what customs and excise wanted which was for them to live here. they said I can breed so I will give it a go...I'm sure you would do the same Laura.

no...im not having a go...but it just seems weird how your allowed to just keep them and your allowed to breed them...nothing personal at all...and yeah i would breed them lol.

i dont understand how the whole customs thing works and who ends up with what etc....i jst kinda thought the guy who owned them would be kinda pissed off lol....i know if it was me who was expecting the snakes i`d kick up a right old fuss about it....were they boas healthy etc?

Hey i didn't write the law. I have had it all explained in black and white and signed. Bout time i got a lucky break and if all goes according to plan I can then expand and follow my dreams.

Oh and yes they are both healthy. I have spoken to the owner and I have explained that i can't help. This was before i was granted custody.

People if you want to import just make sure all your paperwork is correct and don't depend on anyone else or you could lose your purchase.

Glad your not having a go Laura would hate it if peeps on the forum thought you had a lil' of the green eyed monster in you. thanks for your concerns but I don't operate on the wrong side of the law......it's simply not worth it!

dont get your back up...im only asking what everyone is thinking....
does seem kinda dodgy...and the fact your getting your back up with me about it seems weird....i only wanna know how it works and what was the story with them

No not getting my back up just simply correcting you where you are wrong. As for others...well i've spoken to many peeps on here and other forums and indeed your own and have given me their well wishes.

Life has always been unfair if you break the law...

Anyone who has issues with this...if any, are welcome to ask away.

Oh and i must add that many morph boa breeders who are legal have also stated that yes I've got a couple of nice snakes and know exactly what I can and cannot do. They have even offered to help.

The breeder provided all the correct paperwork from what i am lead to believe. However what has this got to do with the price of chips?
