does anyone know RAT RESCUE???

I sent her a £35 postal order for a habistat twin channel thermostat 2x300w and received a micro-climate ministat 100...and she see's no problem with this...

we PM'ed over a week ago, and got a reply last night telling me she didnt know what we were talking about.

so i replied saying that she had sent us the wrong item (easy mistake to make) and can she please either send our money back (and we would return the incorrect item) or send us the correct item (and we would return the incorrect item)

and today we recieved another PM from her saying basically that she could not be bothered to deal with us any more, and implied we were trying to scam her and not to reply and she wont be around for another week.

we have her address and (although its a good hour an a half drive each way) have told her we are willing to come to her house to resolve the issue face to face.

anyone else had problems like this with rat rescue?
does anyone know her personally that can ask her to get in contact with us
anyone have any other ideas of what i can do as we really do need this twin stat.

you've answered your own question earlier in the post.

Jump in the car! It may seem like a ot of hassle for something so small but some people really od need teaching thatn just because it's online doesn't mean you can do as you please.

i wouldnt mind if i could use the stat but its only intended for mats under 100W and i need it for heat lamps, which some are bigger than this!!!

problem is we'll either go there and she wont be in, or we'll have WW3 on her doorstep!!!
