Does anyone board animals from their home?

I'm moving house soon, it will have a desent size garden and i'm thinking of getting a nice shed, to board things like rabbits, guinea pigs, small mammals, birds etc.

Just wanting to know what kind of legel things i hae to do?

If anyone does anything similar it would be a great help to hear what/how you've set up.
