Default Any know of Vets in Essex

Im looking for contact details for a south african vet, who works in a practice in Brentwood Essex.....

can anyone help? I need to get a beardie seen for some baytril

What is the normal consultation fee for a bearded dragon as ive been quoted £40-£60 which seems steep to me and ive been told there are vets around whose fees are less than half of that.....

Im near Romford in Essex, so if anyone can help, id be really grateful

i use wileys vets, there in hornchurch, just a trip up the eastern avenue, they are very good, and was very reasonable with price as well, i even got 3 check ups but that was because the conditon that one of my snakes had was so rare, they had only ever seen it once before and wanted to see how it progressed, great service and they definately know what they are talking about. the main vet there is also the vet that goes to the shows to check the condition of the reps,

the main one i went to is

196 hall lane
upminster
essex
rm14 1td
01708251200

theres also a smaller one in hornchurch, abbs cross lane, but i have never been to that one and have always been recommended and recomend going to the one in upminster, as its only a 10 min drive from there, and a 15 - 20 min drive from romford

ahh ok, strange i found them very reasonable, had around 6 or 7 free consultations after the op was done, and was given money of on the medication to continue to treat, and even got a phone call a few months down the line as a check up to see how he was doing, and if he healed up right, i found them great and would def use again if necessary, (hopefully wont be in need of any operations done though lol)

well im sure they are good, ive used them with dogs etc before, but they have always been pricey....i have no problem paying its just i dont want to pay £40 or £60 a consultation, when someone down the road is charging £20, especially when i already know the problem and basically just need a prescription, i even know the dosage.......lol
