I ordered a viv from 888 reptiles on next day delivery. TNT arrived this morning, I heard the truck stop, the roller shutter go up, by the time I got from my kitchen to the front door I heard the shutter go down again and I opened the door to see him driving away a whole 30-45 seconds must have elapsed-. I phoned TNT straight away and could still see the truck when the guy answered and said, "Oh, no, he's too far away to come back and won't be able to deliver again today" The w*nker then followed up with... "I spoke to the driver and he says he was stood at your door for a good five or ten minutes" I asked the guy what the time was and he replied "10:54" I said "the time on this card says 10:50 and I've been on the phone to you for a couple of minutes, so how can he have been at my door for ten minutes?!"

What a bunch of w*nkers. because of TNT, 888 reptiles have now lost £150 odd worth of sale.
