Default Heritage Aquatics Event Day

I just thought I'd let you all know about an Event Day this Monday at my favourite local shop

August Bank Holiday Monday 25th 2008

This is a day not to be missed! We have a mass of 'credit-crunch' beating ideas and activities for parents and children alike..including:
  • the return of our famous Aquatic Car Boot Sale
  • Creepie Crawlie Roadshow by Amazing Animals
  • Childrens entertainment (face painting, balloon modelling etc)
  • Summer BBQ and social event
  • PLUS amazing in-store deals throughout all departments
There will be discounts of up to 30% on livestock plus other deals on dry goods.

Above - boot fair in June 2005.....that was a hot one!
(maybe we should wish for similar weather this time!)
Amazing Animals* (and other attractions to be confirmed)

Adult Crocodile giving a teethy grin! Not a normal household pet......

Amazing Animals and the Creepy Crawlie Road Show will be present at Heritage accompanied by two presenters who will be giving talks and handle some of the animals throughout the day. They are also on hand to answer questions. The reptiles / animals will include:
  • Large and small non-poisonous snakes Large and small lizards Frogs, giant toads and salamanders Tarantulas, scorpions, millipedes Giant land snails Baby crocodile and caiman
  • Small crocodile (5' approx)
The show is accompanied by two of our presenters who give talks and handle some of the animals throughout the day at designated times in front of the exhibit. They are also on hand throughout the duration to answer questions.

Bearded Dragon - a great pet with wonderful personality

*Please note there will be a one- off nominal charge for entrance to this attraction.

Car Boot Sale
If you have any used, unused, unwanted aquatic or reptile goods, then why not book yourself a pitch at our boot fair? ...For just £10, you could clear all your aquatic clutter out of your house or garage and earn yourself some extra cash at the same time! Historically, we have hundreds of people - all aquatic enthusiasts that attend our events so this may be the ideal time for you to sell your stuff!
Examples of goods to sell are aquariums, protein skimmers, heaters, aquarium decor, books, filters, vivariums, heat mats, pond equipment or literally anything you want. The one and only exception is live stock (fish, reptiles, live food etc). Please do not bring these to sell, as they will be removed.
So, to book you pitch, make yourself some money and save another fish enthusiast some money, call Steve on 020 8669 7845. Please note pitches are payable in advance. We cannot secure a pitch without payment.
