Default Very cheap bulb guard!!!

Hi everyone!! Thought I'd share my lastest discovery. Been looking for a good bulb guard but wasn't prepared to pay what the local shops wanted. I went everywhere looking for a cheap alternative, and found it in my local garden centre. Round peanut bird feeder. It fits perfectly over the bulb and it looks fairly good too. The best bit is that it was £3!!!!!

i tried a few bird feeders but the bulb was always too close to the metal and the metal got very hot unlike the powder coated heat resistant ones u can buy...

a pic would be good cos ive tried this a few times uncucessfully

Sure the bottom does get hot, but to seriously burn itself the snake would have to tail balance for a while!! I've never seen it done yet. The sides an top are nicely warm so if the snake wanted to curl round the guard it could. Its been on all day an i can put my hand on it.
Oh and 1 more thing. How do u add a pic????
