As far as I'm aware it needs to be prescribed by a vet. Have you already consulted a vet regarding the problem that your animal has? You'll need the vet to do a culture to ensure that baytril is the right drug to use.

yes i have. it's for my rabbit. she seems to get sores on her foot & i've no idea why. the vet says it could just be her size (she's a french lop) & because rabbit's feet don't have a lot of protection the weight on the feet can cause sore hocks.
all the vet's ever done is prescribe baytril & it's always cleared up but it's cost us a fortune. she has a new sore now, only noticed it tonight & i know if i took her to the vet they'll just prescribe baytril again so i was wondering if there was anywhere else i could get it.

It looks like you can buy it on-line from other countries but I have no idea how much delivery would be. I might work out just as expensive as going to your vet.

You can, probably, but you need a prescription. Which your vet may well give you, but you MIGHT have to pay for.
