Arrow Baby lizard with tail sores

Help please! I have a baby bearded and I have just noticed sores on his tail. It looks like infection sites or like something has taken a bite out of his tail - leaving pink flesh exposed! The tip of his tail seems to be gone too. He has crickets in his cage - from pinhead size to adult and they are fed a high calcium gut-loaded feed. He seems to eat well, based on his numerous droppings, he has water and a heat lamp. The cage thermometer is at 80 degrees fareinheit - but he seems to be as close to the heat lamp as he can get.

Anyone have any suggestions for my little guy?! I don't know if its diet, the crickets, or a bacterial infection of some sort. Thanks!!!

Personally I think it's goat in lizard form
To the OP, how old is it? How long have you had it? Were they kept with any other beardies recently?

when i first started keeping reps i had a bearded dragon baby and i fed him small brown crix. one must have got in a plant or behind the backing so hadnt removed before i went to sleep. When i got up in the morning a brown crix had eaten some of his head and he later died in the vets. This really gutted me and they were browns so didnt think they would bite. So the point of the rambling is that maybe the crix had gotten to him when he was sleeping and bitten the sore in his tail. Maybe take him to the vets and get it looked at properly even for piece of mind
