Starting Reptile Club at my University

I'm thinking of starting a reptile club at my uni, since there isn't one already. I'm just stuck with ideas on what exactly to do with it after people join. Most of the clubs do things like go on trips, have meetings etc... so, I was thinking the sort of trips would be to reptile shows and stuff. But I can't really think of the aims of the club and exactly what we'll be doing etc, basically I have to tell them that when I apply to open the club. Any ideas? And out of curiosity, does anyone on here go to Stirling Uni?
