Safari?

My dad has suggested a safari instead of going to florida for a fortnight as we didn't go on holiday last year, does anyone know any good links for looking up this kind of thing? Also, instead of a safari is there so such thing as jungle trips? I'd love that, prob more than a safari seeing monkeys and such. Any help much appreciated folks.

kruger rules !!!!!!!!! its a mint place . there are obviously other reserves but i relly enjoyed my time in kruger (special mention to Bergendal ! that spot ruled!)
