for the frog/toad crossing you could get in contact with maybe froglife, send an email to info@froglife.org explaining what you want to do and how you can help hopefully they can help you out. you could also help out the national amphibian and reptile recording scheme there website is National Amphibian and Reptile Recording Scheme you should be able to get all the info you need on the site.
