I have a trainee from collage at my house
As from next week I have a 16yr old kid that I have known for a few years coming to my house 4 days a week as a trainee. I'm a bit pee'd off as I have had to get employee insurance as well as my public liabillity insurance, but hey, its all about passing on the knowledge

Good on you! It is important that us in the trade (so to speak) help the next generation of animal carers.

He will be helping with general handling an maintenance, but obviously not with any of the DWA's as insurance won't cover me for that due to his age.
