if you research approprriately you will find that you can work around it but at the very least interaction once a day at the very least.

I am not going into much depth on this as it is really quite easy to work around if you are really dsdetermined to have an iguana

I work full time and have a very cool Iggy. Had her for 3 years or so now. Shes not dog tame, more cat tame lol Shes Ace though

I have an iggy and work 8 till 5, 6 days a week, sometimes 7 days. As soon as I come home I open his door and he comes out. I handle him almost every night. He's very tame.
He still has the odd moment when he doesn't want to be picked up or stroked though. He won't bite or whip or nothing, he just runs away in a huff or he'll get back in his viv. He hasn't whiped me in years. So you can keep an iggy and have a full time job.
