Default shipping reptiles from the usa?

has any one had any experience with this , how is it done how long does it take , is it safe/reliable , is it expensive ? need any documents?

any body with any experience with this that could answer any of my questions ?

or share any experiences?

Hopefully the person shipping them to you will do all the paperwork , he needs to sort out stuff like export papers , fish and game license , vets certificates all that normally takes around 12 weeks , when he has got the export papers he emails/faxes a copy to you so you can then file for an import license , that can take from a week to about 4 , once you have got that sorted then you can arrange the shipping of them , it all takes time so isnt an easy thing to do

I bought a Pinstripe Royal off Bob Clark last Sept, he sorted all the paperwork, i just paid the price of the snake but to be honest he was coming to England anyway so i don't know how much that affected the price, the best thing to do is to speak to the uSA contact you have as they've probably got a lot of experience in shipping and such
