Ok after some suggestions from local people in another thread... The White Rabbit is one place that came up trumps..

Family pub/restaurant with outside garden and not far from the show... what do you lot think

The Running Horse is lovely, dont go to the queens head harvester its pants. Within lockmeadow there are several restaurants, Frankie and Bennies, Old Orleans, some chinese......they are all nice and very convenient in location to the show.
A place called the Tudor Rose in Bobbing (about 10 min drive out of maidstone) does a reallly nice carvery and are highly recommended.....near to there is also a Brewers Fayre but that can get busy with families on a sunday.

Man, i got news for you!!!

When it comes down to it, I let them think what they want. If they care enough to bother with what I do, then I'm already better than them.

well have looked at all the options and think The White Rabbit is the best alternative to a harvester.. Family Friendly and plenty of parking.

Depends if you are driving or walking, as to where you can go.
Is food required?

Most people will be driving I expect and we need somewhere that has a pub garden and or plenty of space inside lol.. We also need it to be child friendly.
