We thought fish too
The "tooth" like things would probably be part of the pectoral fin structure as said already as opposed to part of the gills though? My guess as a fish would be a roach of some type??

The teeth are probably just that. They are known as pharyngeal teeth in fish and sit back in the throat in many species. The 'horn' would be the first spine of the dorsal fin.
My guess would be a perch or similar.
