Your opinions please

Hi all
In light of all the problems with a certain Courier company recently i would like to ask for peoples opinions on using Couriers to move their animals and Equipment
We have had to cancel a run this week due to a significant number of customers deciding not to proceed with their planned purchases
I can only put this down to recent events surrounding the courier in question as previously every customer who has used us has given us a glowing reference and has gone on to comment on the forum about how well we conducted ourselves and our business
As we can fully understand that peoples situations change(especially in the current climate) and problems arise,we still think that it is inconceivable that four people should cancel their plans over a 6 hour period and decide not to use a courier due to any other reason than we have mentioned above
The most annoying part of this situation is that we have had to let customers down who have used us before and were happy enough with our service to re-book and trust us again

You know love the service you guys provide. Think the recent problems have maybe been an eye opener for people- many think your job is easy and a way to make a quick buck- hopefully ppl will realise how much planning and work you guys have put in and realise that couriers that you can trust are hard to find. i could open up tomorrow but that dont mean i can provide a service which is value for money or that has an animals welfare at heart like you guys do! I have not yet used you guys for live animal transfer but would have no hesitation as saw the way you treated my new vivs (so carefully handled like china!). If anyone chooses to use the other guys on their head be it! I know the only guys i will ever use! x
