I would like to but it is very far away for me..

Although if it was a big meeting and there was a chance that it would actually make a difference then it would be worth taking the time off work and travelling for.

No worries Julia... Just gauging numbers and how big a hall ( or cloakroom ) will be needed. I have somewhere in mind with a big carpark and a nice pub next door

It's not a 'make a difference' type of meeting. It's more a What does it mean and what are the implications of it type meeting.

Checkout the livefoods forum here... Shows Over ? - Livefood UK Forum and set one up in Wales maybe ?

As you can understand, this would probably mean a flight down to london for me then a bus journey...just not feasible.

Is there anyway you can set up a webcam or even record this for others to see?

Does anyone have Video Conferencing facilities? Then they could be involved without physically attending.

the wife and i would attend, but would need to know when in advance, so can arrange a few things,

would be best to hold on a Saturday, as most people work and have weekends off.
