ETB export help?

Hi guys, I'm trying to find out a bit about export of ETBs, specifically from Peru. There seems to be no CITES quota on export of them from Peru so my questions are:

1) Does this mean export of them from this country is uncontrolled/not monitored?
2) Does anyone know where I can get some sort of idea of the numbers that are actually exported each year (from peru)?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

(I should probably add this is for a potential research project, not because I want to import one, just in case anyone was wondering)
