Thanks for all of the replies, much appreciated.

Surely the snake would be better in a tub and not a pillow case? Anyhow, I've been watching a few videos on youtube, and this looks to be correct.

Obviously a heat pack may be required, but I'll ask the courier as above and see what they advise in this kind of weather.
