You need to first upload your pics to an online photo album, like flickr or photobucket.
Then copy and paste the link into your post using the picture icon

Try Welcome to Flickr - Photo Sharing much better in my opinion and you can upload 20mb
per month for free, or up to 2gig per month for £15 a year.
