Not suprised the snake hasn't eaten the hamster - its a Russian hamster - they bite like buggary! The poor snake is probably in fear of its life if it puts a 'foot' wrong!

I wonder if i should try and introduce to 2 year olds drawf hamsters to common boa lol.

I have asked him before if they want to make friends and he holds out the ball and asks me to put them in lol

this was featured years ago on the news....the snake was just fasting....it did infact eat the hamaster 2 weeks after filming the clip.

Aww, poor wee hamster.
There was another one on a lioness that kept adopting Oryx youngsters.

Strange how some animals can form partnerships with the most unlikely of suspects. Although the snake was just playin' that hamster...
