What to do with a 40gallon aquarium?

Ok, I have a 40g tank currently set-up as a marine tank. I want to change it, as with all the bettas we have, its just too much work. A water change, including getting the RO water ready can take about 3 hours

Soooo, what shall i do with it? Snakeheads, Cichlids, tree frogs, Anoles??????????????

Who's got any ideas? Fish, reptile, amphibian?

Make a small freshwater predator tank.

Peacock Spiny Eel / Zebra Spiny Eel (s)
Ctenopoma ansorgii or Leopard Ctenopoma

Not sure what else, but I hate Cichlids . . .
