No reptile clubs as such (there is/used to be one based in north Devon by the name of South West Herpetological Society, but not sure if it's still around... I used to run one in Exmouth (covering the South West), but gave up a few years ago), however there is an annual reptile show (well...this year will be the second year of it) in Marsh Barton.
