Default Respiratory infections - HELP!

Are respiratory infection in lizards transmittable between different species?

I have a collared who needs to see the vet tomorrow as I think she has a respiratory infection, but I'm worried incase this can be passed to my cresties? I havent handled the sick lizard AT ALL and have anti bac stuff I use every time I go in my vivs, but they were in the same room until about an hour ago and I'm worrid my cresties and other might come down with it too. Vets is closed til tomorrow.

Collareds are Iguanidae, I have no idea how this works between different species.
