I think i will pay a visit to the pound shop and just get some cheap boxes for now until i get this resolved.

Evolution have now contacted me and we are hoping for a rapid resolution.

This has now been resolved to my complete satisfaction and i will be more than happy to trade with evolution reptiles again.
