They would just get a fine if it continued for more then 5 times in a short period of time they could lose there psl but then a different member of staff would get one
 they could not shut them down.i know one like this in essex i wont say what one but near (pound lane) this one gets fined all the time. these people are just money grabbers they don't care about what there selling just the money
