it'll change some peoples lives really. living on your own in the rainforest is undescribable. i've put off going back for too long.

i've been window shopping for gear today. not much has changed in the past couple years except prices. not any use getting high tech with gear, it all gets pretty much destroyed there. simplicity and dependability is what you want. i'm used to low tech and roughing it. the danged price of a passport has gone up though. i'll get that taken care up first. i took too much stuff last time i went. good to travel light.
