has n e one used them?
im still waiting on a delivery which was ment to come friday! i emailed fri night and got no reply! they have taken the money from my account so now im getting angry! just wondering if n e 1 else has had this problem

pm lowenna whos a member on heree as its here business and as said postal strikes are messing up all of the post so that might be the problem. she is a very genuine person and any problems she sorts out asap

Petzoo are brilliant .. Phone up and speak to lowena she will get it sorted for you.. I have never ever had a problem with them that they have not sorted out immediately.. I know the postal strike has effected them badly but really would phone and speak to either lowena or craig they would be mortified that something has gone wrong.
