help needed!

Has any one had a problem with fruit flies?(browny green little things like midges) They have set up home in my house mainly in my cresteds viv! Any ideas how to get rid!?!

They normally come cause of food ... i had a bunch cause i left a juice carton in my bin.
Do cresties eat veggies? They might be living in there. just replace the food as often as possible, and they should go away by them selves.
