Aspen tried to kill me!!!

OK I get severe asthma right...so was having my inhaler this morning and something flew down my throat!!!
Not good. Ten minutes later after a major coughing fit out came a piece of aspen
I knew everyone was out to kill me .... but Aspen too?

i seem to remember that the first instruction on using an inhaler was to check the mouthpiece was clear...... if you were never told that then maybe you should add your local healthcare workers to the list of people who are out to get you

when i get chest infections i use inhalers.
I once managed to inhale a whole load of sand. Definately didn't help with the breathing :P

if i ever do need to take my inhaler i usually check the mouth piece just in case but one time i didn't an nearly choked on a penny my brother hid in their the little sh*t lol.
