Hi everyone,
I was hoping I could get some of your advice and input for a form I am trying to create for reptiles. The form will be used to help give an introduction of an owner's reptile.

Here is an example form for fish. You can see they are open ended questions and somewhat entertaining.

That's pretty good, I used to keep fish and I can see where you got the inspiration from but I think a few might be too complicated to answer, also shortening it would make it easier to read.

Most could be applied straight to reptiles, it might be easier if you draw something up and people can see if they would be able to answer them.

Size: Could also add morph, as many reptiles have morphs available
Fresh or Salt Water: Remove doesn't apply
