get yourself a greenhouse and in it place a deck chair or outdoor chair.
Run the hose pipe through a gap in the door and as you sit inside turn on the hose. spray the inside with cold water. the hot weather at the moment turns your greenhouse into an amazing sauna. I use t odo this loads the cold drips feel great.
Havent got a greenhouse at this house but due to move shortly and they are leaving one behind......I cant wait. Just use the kiddies paddling pool as a plunge pool.

try it your never want to leve the green house again. Think the neibours thought i was mad sleeping in the GH for hours!
