The size was an issue when 8 of us went up and the final thing was being told a kinked corn would be 100% fine for breeding

It was little things, we were all fine as weve kept(or in some cases work in reptile shops),but for newbies there were a few potential issues

Like i say, nothing really bad, but at the same time, nothing exceptional It kind of left me feeling dissapointed with little error after little error on advice( i think i built it up more in my head than it turned out to be, if you know what i mean),i would go back, if there was something i wanted, but it wouldn't be another local for me
hi captain caveman,
im so sorry you felt that way mate,as we always try to please and make everyone feel welcome if possible
it was a very busy day and my shop was packed out as you can remember and i was multi tasking customers
yep charcoals are anna b not a ,it was not untill you left that i remembered..my bad

about all the spiders they come in from a very well known trader/breeder and importer of spiders and all tubs come with labels and tubs direct in from him
also there can be many common names to one latin name
ie african baboon spider can also be
togo starburst baboon
ornamental baboon
togo starburst tarantula
togo stout hind legged baboon tarantula
latin name to the above common names heteroscodra maculata
all officially accepted by the commitee on common names of arachnids of the american arachnological society
maybe you just know a different common name to the latin names marked on the tubs

also the corn you said had a kink will not make a good breeder but the kink is slight and behind the cloaca so should not make any problems on the outcome for breeding ,if i thought it would of caused a problem then i would of told you to keep it as a pet

we are not in this for the money
we are in this business for the enjoyment from keeping /studying and breeding a huge multitude of reptiles and parrots which we have had many years of proven succsess in breeding and rearing 100s of species of exotics

i hope you dont take this reply as a come back moan as this is not my purpose
as you are always welcome to come down for a drink and i might even show you some of my breeding stock if you wish

oh yer ive also asked santa for a bigger shop so i can deal with the coach parties that come to visit

i hope this sorts everything out for you and sorry for any miss thoughts that might of been caused
all the best
halcyon
