Great customer service!
Just wanted to say a public thank you to Petzoo. Recently ordered a hide out cave, and it turned up cracked and broken. Having dealt with some awkward online retailers before I was worried it would be a hassle to get it replaced!
But, this was not the case with Petzoo! Great customer service with no hassle what so ever. The "This is my Clone" stamp of approval goes to Petzoo

that's cool..
people are so quick to name and shame bad places... but no-one ever remembers to speak up for the good places! i've never used them, so i can't add anything positive.. but good for you, and them! sami
