Default Leo morph question...

Hiya,

I bought these two recently, could you just confirm that they're both sunglows?

Also, if I were to breed them when they're older, what would you recommend I mix them with? I thought maybe a blazing blizzard, just a blizzard or another sunglow. If you have any idea what would create some really bright/unusual babies then please let me know

Female - 3 months old

5 day old (incubated for male)

Thanks for any help guys

Both look sunglow but the 5day old one shouldn't have been sold that young.
You've got a ling waybefore you breed them yet asqell which I'm sure you know.

Blazing blizzard is a albino blizzard so you'd get worst case
50% albino
50% hypo albino aka sunglow/hybino
All qill be het blizzard

the 5 day old shouldnt have been sold to you under any circumstance, this is poor care on the sellers part.

However im sure you can without a doubt make a good situation of this and get the little one upto weight and growing nicely.

Hiya,

Thanks for the replies guys

I know he shouldn't have been sold to me so young, unfortunately I didn't realise until it was too late! So far he's been eating and pooing well (I've yet to see him shed unless he's done it in secret lol). I got some fantastic advice off Sleepy Dee (she wasn't the seller by the way) so I'm just following that at the moment, hopefully he'll grow to be as stunning as my female

And lol, don't worry I know there's a good while before I can even attempt to breed them (another 9 months minimum) if my research is correct?

Thank you for the compliment by the way MrMike I'm a sucker for yellow/orange things so I couldn't resist her

Do any of you know what a sunglow male x bell super snow albino female would make? (She has red eyes).

One last question lol... what would a sunglow x sunglow create?

Thanks loads
Jo x

The problem here is the Sunglow is Tremper albino (unless sold otherwise?) and the Supersnow is Bell, so no offspring will be visual albinos. Worse case would be:

50% Mack snow het Tremper albino and bell albino
50% Mack snow hypo het Tremper albino and bell albino
The offspring may show varying amounts of reduced spotting and tangerine/yellowing.

Most likely Sunglows. This would be your best option imo.
