Generally, it's good practice to put the male first.
However, if I just saw "Amel X Butter" I wouldn't assume I knew which parent was which. I have one pair that I'm more likely to describe as Charcoal het Blood X Coral Snow het Blood (where the male is the snow) just because the Charcoal is the older of the pair, for example. |
